GENERAL
✦ The client must provide a synopsis/summary/script of the story before the artist signs any agreement.
✦ The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request without explaining the reason (however, the Artist will likely explain the reason for the decline out of courtesy).
COPYRIGHT
FOR COMMERCIAL USED COMMISSION
✦ Artist may use Work in Artist's portfolio (including, but not limited to, any websites or publications that display Artist's works). Client may not mislead others that Work was created
by anyone other than Artist.
✦ Artist and Client agree that the following rights shall be transferred from Artist to Client upon receipt of full payment. Artist agrees to the perpetual exclusive license of all rights (including, but not limited to, the right to display, modify, transmit, transfer, sell, and create derivative works) to Work to Client, excluding only the right to authorship credit, which is retained by Artist.
FOR PERSONAL USED COMMISSION
✦ I will retain full and exclusive rights to the original artworks.
✦ You may use the illustration for profile pictures, desktop backgrounds/ wallpapers, or printing it for yourself or as a gift.
✦ Using this commission for commercial purposes is prohibited. (ex. Selling merch of the artwork, business branding, or any use for profit.
✦ No NFTs
✦ NO A.I. Usage of my art for machine learning/ A.I. is strictly forbidden.

PAYMENT✦ The mode of payment is through PayPal ONLY.
✦ Upfront 50% payment to start the commission.
✦ The Artist will not conduct work on the Commission or send through the final Commission until the artist has received the upfront payment and the remaining balance, respectively.
✦ You have free two revisions. Artist may include additional fees for revisions that are not due to any fault on the part of the Artist or revisions reflecting a new direction to the assignment, or new conceptual input.

REFUND
✦ If the Client is unsatisfied with the Commission for an appropriate reason, they must contact the Artist within seven (7) days of receiving the final Commission to receive back the 50% of the mentioned price. NOTE: 50% of the total payment per page is non-refundable.
